A Note from My Heart to Yours – On My Birthday

Today, I turn 66. And as I pause to reflect, I want to share something personal with you—not just to mark the occasion, but to celebrate it with you.

This past year has been a quiet unfolding.
I let my hair grow gray naturally. I let my curls be free. And in doing so, I let myself be more fully seen.

I’ve been paying closer attention to the women around me, and here’s what I’ve come to know deep in my bones: More than anything, we want to feel heard. Truly listened to. Safe enough to share what’s been buried inside.

That insight has shaped my work more than any certification or training ever could.

My daughter continues to be one of my greatest teachers and blessings. And from a deeper place of maturity, I’ve begun to understand more about the family I grew up in—what they gave, what they couldn’t, and how much grace that takes to see clearly now.

My work has never just been a “job.” It’s been a calling. A steady thread in my life. Helping people find their way through clutter—physical and emotional—has helped me find my way too.

This little cottage I’ve lived in for over 20 years echoes everything I teach: Simplicity. Beauty. Purpose. It’s been my sanctuary and the soul of my coaching practice.

And to be an author… to speak, to write, to connect—that’s something I cherish deeply. It’s my way of giving back, one story at a time.

So today, I want to celebrate this milestone with you. Because if you’re reading this, you’ve been part of my journey. Whether we’ve worked together closely, or you’ve just quietly followed along—you matter to me.

Here’s to our shared seasons, our evolving selves, and the freedom to be exactly who we are.

With love and gratitude,

Patricia xo
