It’s the month of November and before we know it the holidays will be upon us.
With all the anticipated hustle and bustle the holidays can bring, it’s not unusual to sometimes feel overwhelmed, anxious or lose perspective of what is really important.
I noticed that if I start to feel anxious or overwhelmed it is usually brought on by my own thinking. Thinking of something either in the past or the future, but certainly not the present.
I also realized when I stay in the“present” I am able to focus and go about my business in a more productive manner.
So to regain perspective, I found stepping back and reassessing my thinking helps me clarify what’s really going on and balances me back out.
Sounds simple, but not always easy, I know!
I would like to share with you one of the techniques I found to be very instrumental in bringing balance back into my life.
I usually begin with a checklist of questions I ask myself.
Questions such as:
What is really important to me this very moment?
What would happen if I did or didn’t do this or that?
What is in my life currently that I feel blessed about?
By asking myself these questions I accomplish a few things:
* I immediately am brought back to the present
* I’m able to overcome negative thinking.
* I’m able to shift my energy and regain a fresh perspective.
* I can let go and move forward
* I feel energized
I’m curious, what about you? Are you interested in learning how to empower yourself and take back control of your feelings?
In this Tuesday’s Tel-Class we will be discussing topics such as these:
- How To Live In The Present
- How To Be Thankful For Your Blessings

If you think this is something that appeals to you, then may I suggest you register for this tel-class. I know it’s going to be a popular one, so I would recommend you register early.
I will also be sharing something special in this class that I can’t wait to announce.
