Like most of us, there are “things” that sometimes just get under our skin.

You know what I mean…

Someone says something to you and you take it personally.  Then you obsess over what they said or what you “think” they said and the next thing you know, your whole day was wasted on thinking about this.

But despite what this person may or may not have said, it left you feeling upset, disappointed and let down.

When we start “feeling” this way, our life can begin to feel a tad chaotic and out of control.
