READY, SET, GO…CREATE YOUR NEW MODEL FOR ULTIMATE SUCCESS!

go
It’s that time of year again where we ring in the New Year with all good intentions of achieving our goals.
But what happens after that?  Do we really  achieve what we initially set out to do?
Some of us might, but most of us do not.
Why is that?
Well, we may find that we actually end up sabotaging our best intentions without even knowing it.  This is partly due to the way we view our model of the world when we go about setting up our goals.
Inside our model of the world, we base our choices on what we need and value. What we do not always realize is that our needs and values may no longer be in alignment with what we now say we want.
In other words, our model of the world is built on old beliefs that may be working against us.
If you would like to learn how to create a new model for yourself and achieve your 2016 goals – with commitment and passion, then this workshop is for you…read on:

My Holiday Prayer For You

My Holiday Prayer For You

I searched high and low
To find the right prayer for you today
To show you just how much I care
and appreciate all that you do
No matter what I found
It just wouldn’t do
As my heart kept telling me
Something else to do
So I took my pen in hand
and went straight to you
Oh Father I am so grateful
You always show me the way
To speak my words
From this place of today
So Dear Friends
What I am trying to say
Is that I am truly thankful
For people just like you
Who have touched my life
So deeply and shaped me anew
In this season of rebirth
Of all that is pure
Please accept my words as my gift
So you will know them forever more

With Much Love,

Patricia xo

A Thanksgiving To Remember

A Thanksgiving To Remember

Remembering Your Departed Loved Ones

As we enter this day of Thanksgiving and we count our blessings,  there may be people who have passed on from our lives that we deeply miss.  Although we may feel sad, we can still honor them with the same joy of Thanksgiving as if they are still here. Here is an excerpt from James Van Praagh’s article – Remembering Your Departed Loved Ones During The Holidays that you may find helpful:

When you are enjoying an almost perfect holiday event this season and think to yourself “I wish Dad was here to enjoy this” comfort yourself with the knowledge that he is closer than you think!
*    Acknowledge those who have passed in a special way – display a favorite holiday photo of that person, make their favorite recipe, or use a serving piece that belonged to them during the meal. You can even set them a place at the table- any small gesture that brings them closer will be appreciated!
*    Encourage family members to share a memory. Pick a time where everyone can share a memory or story about the person who has passed. Let the dead know that they are loved and remembered.
*    Be open to signs. Be open to subtle scents, sounds, and thoughts that signal the presence of your loved ones – and respond to them, “hi mom!” so Spirit knows you are aware of them.

HOLIDAY STRESS

HOLIDAY STRESS
Did you know that holiday stress has a particular impact on women?
According to a US Holiday Stress Report, “Women generally take charge of many of the holiday celebrations, particularly the tasks related to preparing meals and decorating the home.In addition, they have a harder time relaxing during the holidays and are more likely to fall into bad habits to manage their stress, like comfort eating.”
The report also revealed that the holidays have an impact on lower middle income individuals. “This group feels the weight of stress from work plus the seasonal rush to find time to get everything done.In addition, their worries about money are heightened by the commercialism of the season and the pressure to spend a lot of money.”
Last week I offered a tel-class that covered holiday stress and I mentioned that I would be offering a follow-up workshop.
The goal of this workshop is to keep you mindful of your emotional triggers and  financial budget so you can enjoy the season without the additional stress and worry.
THIS IS AN ON-LINE EVENT THAT WILL TAKE PLACE ON:
MONDAY, NOVEMBER 30TH,
7:30-9:00 PM ET
INCLUDED IN THE WORKSHOP:
  • PowerPoint Presentation
  • Workbook
  • Q&A Time
  • Recording for Future Reference
As my way of giving back to you during this season, I have priced this event at only $69.99
It is jam packed with incredible value that will keep on giving way beyond the holiday season.
I encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity.

Monday “Isness”

It is Monday morning and my very first email I read was about Gratitude.  Now, I must admit, it not only soothed my soul but it was exactly what I needed.

You see, as of late, I have had some “things” on my mind that have been weighing me down.  It is easy to lose sight of all the good “things” that are right in front of us when this happens, as we tend to forget about Gratitude.

Gratitude arises from the understanding that life is truly a gift.  That perhaps we are part of something bigger and greater we do not fully yet understand but we believe in.

We also realize that our life in its current state is a gift.  Each day is a unique gift that we can give back and contribute to. This appreciation of life helps us to value what “is” right here and now and the life of others.

Therefore, trust the “isness” of life and allow it to hold you – without will or want, struggle or planning.  Embrace and love what is and come to know the humbling feelings that are associated with this.

We are all searching for meaning and purpose on this planet. But for today, this Monday, try to sit back just for a moment and ponder how awesome it is that we have the privilege to be part of life.  That all is well, right now, as it “is.”

Allow me please to share a beautiful Prayer with you.  My hope is that it will bring you the peace and comfort it provides for me.

Praying-hands

“Thank you, God, for helping me to know that all that I seek is coming to me now. Thank you, God, for allowing me to feel, right now, the peace that comes with gratitude for what is, replacing the yearning for what is not. Thank you for bringing me the understanding that from the isness comes all that is now not, but will surely be. Let me stay, then, in the isness.”  ~ Neale Donald Walsch

PROCRASTINATOR

PROCRASTINATOR

Do you postpone “things?”

We are all guilty of it at one time or another, but…If you realize that you are putting things off more often than you are getting things done, then it is time to pay attention. You may have fallen into the cycle of procrastination.
What is procrastination?
Procrastination is the avoidance of getting a task accomplished.

What are the effects of procrastination?
Procrastination can lead to feelings of guilt, self doubt, depression and also lead to chronic procrastination.

Why do we procrastinate and what can we do about it?
I’m sure this is what you would like to know, yes?

I am a firm believer that in order to change something, we must first understand why it is happening. When change is centered around awareness, you are more likely to be less overwhelmed and successful with your results.

This is why I will be presenting an on-line workshop next Tuesday, November 10th at 7:30 – 9:00 PM (ET) on possible reasons why we procrastinate and tips on how to conquer the postponement of “things.”

My goal is to make this event informative and also provide one-on-one support. Therefore, this workshop is limited to the first five (5) people who register. Upon registration you will receive a workbook to enhance your awareness and a 30 minute private coaching session to be scheduled following the event.

The workshop I can promise will be jam-packed with value and practical information you can apply immediately.

Here is what the workshop includes:
• 1.5 Hours of On-Line Learning
• One-On-One Support within the Group
• Detailed Workbook
• 30 Minute Private Coaching Session
This all inclusive event has a price value of approximately $500.00. However, for the five lucky people who register now, your cost to participate is only $79.99.

(I know, it is outrageously, ridiculously priced, but I’ve been known to do this from time to time!)
This amazing opportunity is time sensitive and available to only 5 people, so you must act fast if you want in. Good luck!

Clutter & Stress Go Hand-In-Hand

Does clutter and stress go hand-in-hand?
I would have to say the answer to that is YES!
There are two types of clutter – physical and emotional – both are stressful.
Physical clutter is about your environment – your work or living space.  Studies show that when there are elevated amounts of clutter your stress level increases.

null

Emotional
clutter is about the ‘things’ that are in your head that are causing you to feel overwhelmed, which ultimately triggers stress.

So when I read the latest study of Neuroscience Researchers at Berkeley, CA revealed that chronic stress triggers long-term changes in brain structure & function – it caught my attention.

This study had an impact on me for two reasons:
1. Personal Concerns
2. Professional Concerns
The first reason due to the obvious health concerns for overall wellness and the second reason because of how stress impacts you – especially when one is dealing with life recovery and clutter.
This is why I am offering an Educational On-Line Event on Monday, November 2, 2015 from 7:00 – 8:30 PM ET entitled – How To Combat Stress & Keep Your Brain Healthy.

At the event I will share with you some of the highest practices I know on how to cope with stress.  We will discuss what to do and what not to do, as well as when to take action and when not to take action to combat stress.

A workbook will be included, Q&A time and the opportunity to be personally Coached by me.

To participate, you have to first register for the event.  Once you do, all the details will be sent to you on how to attend.  The On-Line Event Fee is only $49.95.

A Little Encouragement Can Go A Long Way

When Timothy first contacted me, he shared with me that it was difficult for him to get out of bed in the morning. After he got his kids off to school, all he wanted to do was go back to bed and sleep the day away.

Self-employed and working from home, Tim was struggling financially. He left a good job to work from home so he could take care of his children after the passing of his beloved wife.  On top of the normal bills, he was also accumulating college tuition debt while pursuing another degree.

Tim was literally worried sick over how he was going to manage it all.

(The above is an excerpt from Life Recovery for the Cluttered Soul)

Life Recovery Final Cover Only

After reading a little bit about Timothy, what do you think he needs the most that would shift things for him immediately? It could be time, money, love, – perhaps all of these.
But what if I told you that the very thing that helped Tim right there and then, was something so simple, so pure, yet so absent from what we typically might offer someone.
That single thing was “encouragement.”
You see, if we take a look at what this word really means to us as human beings, we will see that we all need it. Not just sometimes, but all the time. Encouragement is about offering unconditional support.
I personally believe that support is a natural motivator and the cornerstone to healing. We all need to be encouraged along this journey we call life – in good times and in trying times.
Can you just imagine what our world would look like if we were all encouraged on a daily basis!Imagine just for a minute what that would look like – just how different “things” could be for us.
Today, my dear friends, I encourage you to consider how you can support someone starting right now. Maybe this person is a friend, a co-worker, a loved-one, or perhaps it may be someone you do not know at all. Be open, be aware, be encouraging and watch the magic!
