A Source Of Comfort We Can All Use

I would like to introduce you to “Ms. B.”

Ms. B is a God loving woman with a very healthy dose of gratitude.

I found myself curious about her grateful disposition, so I asked her what her secret was.

She chuckled softly.

Then she told me about a plaque that is hanging in her home. She recited the words to me.

I saw beyond every challenge to forever display the love of God in each facet of my life.

I remember pausing and not saying anything for a moment.  I had to let the words sink in.

There’s something really special, (it’s hard to explain, but you feel it) when you encounter a person of such deep faith.

If I’m really going to be honest here, Ms. B. struck a chord with me.

Have you ever felt that way about someone?

I believe that people enter our lives for a reason.  Initially, we may not understand why, but eventually in the course of time, it becomes clear.

For me, Ms. B.’s message was an awakening to not lose sight of what’s really important in my life.  To not give up hope when “things” look messy and out of sorts.

What about you?  Is there something that feels out of place in your life?

Holding on to our faith, staying mindful of our gifts, are just some of the ways we can navigate through uncertain times.

Another way is to be ORGANIZED.

A Source Of Comfort We Can All Use

There’s a sense of peace and calmness that is derived from having things in order.  Being organized, assures us that we can rely on something when everything else may feel out of our reach.

I think we all need a source of comfort to help us along our way.

If you’re interested, I’m going to be running my FREE Webinar on getting organized again.  You can get all the details here.

I hope you’ll join me.

Black Friday Mania

Black Friday mania is here.

Everything is on sale, everything looks enticing, and everything is so tempting to buy, buy, buy.

But here’s the thing…

If you have an existing clutter problem, it’s a good idea to distinguish between what you will be purchasing versus what you will be investing in.

You see, a purchase can be a random, snap decision, based on impulse.  It’s something you see, want, buy and never really give too much thought about. Usually these purchases are stress related triggers and give you a negative return.

But, when you are truly making an investment in something, you are being mindful about your choice.  You’re considering why and how the investment will help you advance, overcome or improve some aspect of your life. The investment will give you a positive return.

Because I know the holidays are tempting times, I want to make sure that you have the right tools to keep you as organized as possible and as mindful as possible throughout the season.

My mindfulness program is designed to do just that.

And since it’s massively discounted, you will be saving on your investment that will give you a rapid return before 2019. Now that’s a bargain for Black Friday.

So if you want to live a stress-free, organized life, reduce your clutter for good, I’m going to suggest that you think about what’s most important to your overall well-being…

Gathering more stuff that will only clutter you up or making a sound investment that will improve the quality of your life?

Choose to be mindful.

Oh and by the way, the program has a money-back guarantee.  That’s how confident I am that you will be successful with your investment.  It’s a lifetime of savings.

PS:  If by chance you’re new to my community and have not purchased my book, Organically Yours

get it here and enjoy the extra bonus items to live a healthier, stress-free life.

Here’s to wise choices.

Stress; where does it come from and how to manage it?

Where does stress come from and how can it be managed?

Let’s look at this example:

Someone rejects, hurts, or wrongs you in some way.  How do you respond?  Perhaps like many people, you immediately want to retaliate in some manner.  After all, what happened to you is not right.

On the other hand, you may think it’s nobler to stuff the hurt deep inside your soul.  But despite your resolve, it keeps popping out, and as you relive it, the pain engulfs you once again.

Now from a spiritual point of view, you might believe what’s necessary is the grace of forgiveness.  And although this may be the case, if  it doesn’t come from a sincere heart, there will be a struggle.

If we lash out, stuff down our feelings, or forgive with an insincere heart, how does that resolve the issue?

It doesn’t.

Eventually the stress will outwardly manifest in some form or fashion.

Clutter is a lot like that.  It manifests in all sorts of ways that reflect unresolved feelings.

It’s the reason why I created my new program, Mindful Tools for Organized Living.  I literally coach you through the clutter and walk you through a step-by-step process so you can fully understand the story behind your manifestation.

It’s the only way to find resolve so you can move forward.

Sure you can clean your place up and pretend nothing is really bothering you, but….I can guarantee, until you get to the root cause of the clutter, it will come back…again and again.

Here’s the link to the program: https://mindfulness.patriciadiesel.com/mindfulness.  For a very small investment (and while’s it’s massively reduced in price) you can be well on your way to managing your stress.

You can always upgrade later to one of my personal one-on-one coaching programs, but the value that is packed in this, especially with all the bonus items are incredible.

Oh and by the way, you get a FREE Discovery Call with me once you register, so you’ll know exactly how to start and where to begin.  I thought about everything to ensure your success – so you don’t have to worry, I got ya covered!

If you want to get a jump-start on next year so you can be living a stress-free, healthy life, I am encouraging you to follow this link:  https://mindfulness.patriciadiesel.com/mindfulness

Wednesday Wellness – Tips For Clean Living

Did you know that every morning you wake up to a reality vision board?

Think about this. Your home, is your creation. It is your vision in real life.

So if you are pleased with your environment that you live in, good for you. If not, then change it.

You see, we do manifest outwardly from the inside (the way we think and feel). Your living space is a good barometer check for what is going on internally. Take a good look at the way you are living. There are clues there.

To your wellness,

Patricia Diesel

The Forward Thinking Mind: how to get back on track and keep a positive attitude

The Forward Thinking Mind: how to get back on track and keep a positive attitude

It happens to all of us at some point. We get off track and fall into old, unproductive patterns. It doesn’t make us failures – even highly successful people experience setbacks. It just means we are not perfect and perhaps, we are human after all.

The catch here is knowing how to pick yourself up and get back on track. It’s easy to stay down and make excuses when life throws you a curveball. But where does that lead you? Nowhere productive. Instead, having the mindset that “this too shall pass” humanizes the experience and helps build-up a positive attitude toward life’s misgivings. Believe it or not, this actually attracts more positivity in your life.

Here are 6 ways to get back on track and maintain a forward thinking mind:

1. Do one positive thing each day. Think about it. Every time you do something uplifting, you automatically feel better. When you feel better you are more inclined to be more productive. This one little action can help your mindset.

2. Use your mindfulness. As you start to feel better, direct that energy toward a goal and take one small step that can influence change. This can rapidly begin to turn things around in a positive way.

3. Build a buildable plan. Start with small, positive, steps that you can build on. For example, let’s say your plan is to begin decluttering your life. Try at least each day to release something – whether you trash it, donate it or sell it. Eventually the letting go process will become easier to tackle.

4. Confirm your Plan. In other words, be committed to the new positive you by staying accountable. Instead of “saying” you’re going to do it, really do it by scheduling it into your calendar and “showing up.” This is an important step to reinforce positivity and by the way – eliminate your clutter quickly.

5. Surround yourself with like-minded people. It’s true, our environment influences us – this includes people. You want to be around people that have positive attitudes, know how to work through difficulties and stay optimistic.

6. Find a Partner. Sometimes an accountability partner is just the ticket we need to help get back on track. Don’t be afraid to reach out for support from someone who can help champion your goals.

Please Don’t Stress

Modern stress is a very real thing. What this means is that modern life has created stress that most of us find overwhelming. This new stress comes from:

Technology which causes us to be continually “connected” – so we’re never turned “off.”
Work-Life balance issues – i.e., trying to do too much and prioritizing it all.
Continual Stimulation – we are on overload from air, noise and visual pollution – it takes a toll on our brain power.

The real problem with all of this is that stress is inflammatory. So when we have inflammation circulating throughout our body we are in a state of dis-ease. If we do not learn how to manage our stress in positive ways, ultimately this can break us down and lead to chronic health conditions.

Studies have also shown that when we are in constant stress – we outwardly manifest what we are internalizing – thus many people experience clutter in their environment.

In my upcoming event, 3 Hallmarks of Wellness, we will be covering Modern Stress and similar topics that are of true concern. Learning how to cope and manage stress is paramount to our well-being.

That’s why in this workshop, I will be personally guiding you through the 3 Hallmarks of Wellness so you can experience first-hand how to learn how to deal with some of these real life issues we face today.

Do You Dance Around Your Clutter?

Clutter is a very personal topic – it brings up many emotions; shame, guilt, frustration, anger, overwhelm. Often people tend to “dance” around the subject because of these feelings. The problem with that is if we use these moves for too long, twisting and turning, away from our clutter, it only becomes worse.

So I have a solution.

Instead of dancing around your clutter, I would like for you to accept my invite to attend my Spring Social. I have happy feet this spring season and I would love for you to be my dance partner. I’m throwing a little Soiree and it’s the perfect opportunity for you to express yourself in a light and airy environment.

Clutter can be heavy and burdensome, but for our gathering we are going to put a little spin on it. We’re going to keep it uplifting and humorous as we swirl around and who knows, maybe have some powerful, breakthroughs while dancing together.

Oh, and I will be “Live” so if you want to dance around with me…make sure you attend with your computer…but if you just want to sing with me…that’s okay too – you can use your phone.

So whataya say? You want to have a little Soiree over our stuff? The best story wins a prize. You In?

The Transformative Power Of A Clean Space

Part of thriving under the conditions of chaos and clutter is the ability to shift your perception about what a “clean” environment looks like. I will be teaching this at my on-line event.

For example, take a look at what the Clean Matters campaign led by Clorox has to say:

“We want to go beyond the functional benefits of clean and celebrate the transformative power of clean. As the category leader, we see an opportunity to shift the perception of cleaning from a chore to the start of new possibilities. Whether it’s a clean space to work in, a germ-free table to feed your family, fresh sheets to sleep on or pure water to drink, clean creates the environments we thrive as healthier and more vibrant versions of ourselves.”

Seeing beyond the clutter allows you to see the possibilities that are ahead of you. The challenge for most people is that they get “stuck” and “paralyzed” in their chaos. It becomes so overwhelming they can’t see past their mess. Everything feels like a heavy burden, a mighty task that is insurmountable.

Too many times I witness a family not sleeping in their own bed or showering in their home. Preparing meals in their kitchen is something of the past so they resort to fast-food on a daily basis. All because of the chaos the clutter has caused. It’s heart-breaking.

Does this strike a chord with you? Is this by chance something you are experiencing? Do you know of someone who is living in these conditions? If so, I urge you to register for my on-line event. I want you to experience the transformative power of a clean environment.

Seriously, I am urging you to register…

How To Begin Thriving In Chaos & Clutter

Chaos and clutter go hand in hand. It can be hard to live with clutter or think straight through the chaos but, most of the time, people who live with clutter and chaos think it’s just too difficult to ever change their ways. They can’t find a way to de-clutter their life and start living a stress-free lifestyle because they are so used to the chaos.

Can you relate to this? Are there times in your life when it seems like you are failing more than succeeding at getting organized? None of us will ever be totally clutter free, (we still need the necessary “things” to live) but shouldn’t we at least have some victory over our living space? A lot of people I encounter feel this helpless and frustrated.

If there is one thing that pains me, it’s witnessing this despair and hopelessness in a person. When someone is living in chaos and clutter, this is exactly what I see. It’s a heavy burden to bare when you’re trying to do your best but everything around you is out of control. It can be extremely difficult to make sense out of the chaos and sort it all out on your own.

That’s where asking for help comes in. I see things start to turn around when people finally realize that going at it alone isn’t the answer and accepting support is. This is when doors begin to open and the window shines with a beacon of light.  This is what  breaks the spell of clutter.

De-cluttering your life doesn’t have to be a solo endeavor. You can begin to experience victory over the chaos that has dogged your efforts for so long as soon as you ask for help. The key to unlocking all of this is to have a systematic, organized plan with built in mentoring and coaching. This way, every step of the way, you have a crystal-clear path to recovering and reclaiming your life back.

The peace you are searching for is not a lost cause. It is found in your environment – your living space – your home. Achieving that peace is possible once you decide you no longer want to be weighed down by the clutter. Instead, you want to bask in surroundings where you thrive.

In this live on-line event, I will be explaining how you can begin to go from chaos and clutter to a thriving, neat and tidy living space.

Join me and reclaim your victory today!
